How long does return shipping take?

Returns made using our Ready Returns label typically take 5-6 business days to reach our returns facility.

Please keep in mind that holidays, back to school season and weather/operational delays may add additional time to this process.

How long will my refund take?

Expect up to 2-weeks for processing once your return is delivered to our return’s facility.

Once our Returns Department has processed your refund request, credit and debit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days.

Refunds through PayPal or Klarna may take a bit longer as the refund is being issued through a third party.

How long will my exchange take?

Expect up to 2-weeks from when your return was delivered to receive your exchange.

Once our Returns Department has processed your exchange request, a new order is created in our system. You should receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of the order entering our system. Your exchange order will ship 3-5 Business Day - Standard Shipping.

If the item you requested is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
