What is FLX Cash?

We’re offering a new perk where FLX Rewards members can redeem points for cash rewards to save money on in-store and online purchases across the Foot Locker family of brands.

To use FLX Cash, your reward must be less than the subtotal. For example, if you have a $20 FLX Cash reward, your order subtotal (before taxes and fees) must be more than $20 ($20.01 or more).

FLX Cash cannot be applied toward:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Other applicable fees
• Taxes
• Online reservations/ship-to-me entries for sneaker releases
• Orders placed on your behalf by one of our team members (e.g., Foot Locker’s Customer Service team)
• Gift cards

Good to know:

• One FLX Cash reward can be used per purchase (FLX Cash rewards may not be combined)
• Members can redeem a maximum of 120,000 points per calendar month
• FLX Cash cannot be sold, bartered, transferred or exchanged for cash
• FLX Cash reward must be added to the Rewards wallet prior to purchase
• Rewards added to the Rewards wallet expire 70 days after redemption
• The Birthday, Level-Up and Bonus Day gifts expire 30 days after being added to the Rewards wallet. (Bonus Day is a tier X3 member-specific perk.)
