What is store pickup?

When you order online or with the mobile app, you can pick up your order at your local store for FREE.

Here's how it works: 

1. Select your store.

2. Choose your item.

3. Check the “pickup in store” option.

4. Check your inbox
We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup during store hours.¹ 

5. Pickup
Please bring the following:

• A valid photo ID (like a driver's license or passport).
• Your “pickup is ready” confirmation email (show on a mobile phone).

¹ If your item goes out of stock as we process your order, then we'll let you know.
